Terms and Conditions
1. Extra Cover, Extra Rewards Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Liberty General Insurance Berhad (Registration No. 197801007153 (44191-P)) (“LGIB”).
2. The Customer is advised to read and understand these Terms and Conditions before participating.
Campaign Period
3. The Campaign shall run from 1 October 2025 to 25 December 2025 (“Campaign Period”), both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise.
4. LGIB reserves the right to terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility
5. The Campaign is open to all new and existing customers (“the Customers”) who purchase any of the eligible Motor Insurance Products as per Clause 6 below with any of the Private Car 365 Plan (“Add-On Package Plans”) from LGIB or through any of LGIB’s authorised intermediaries including AmBank and UOB Bank branches or authorised dealerships.
6. The list of eligible products (“Motor Insurance Products”) are:
- auto365 Comprehensive Premier
- auto365 Comprehensive Plus
- auto365 Comprehensive Lite
7. This Campaign applies to new and/or renewal policies under Liberty, Kurnia and AmAssurance brands, provided that the Motor Insurance Products are underwritten by LGIB and the insurance premium of which is fully paid for the said policies during the Campaign Period.
8. Any policy issued after the expiry of the Campaign Period is not eligible.
Rewards
9. Each Customer who purchase the Motor Insurance Products with the Add-On Package Plans will be entitled to one (1) limited-edition premium item (“Campaign Item”), subject to a minimum total premium of RM1,000 per policy.

10. Customer who purchases the Products through our company website or Contact Centre during the Campaign Period is required to collect the Campaign Item from the nearest LGIB branch office.
11. The Campaign Items are limited and available on a first come first served basis while stock lasts.
General Terms and Conditions of the Campaign
12. By participating in this campaign, the Customers will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions as well as any additional terms and conditions stipulated by LGIB including LGIB’s decisions on all matters related thereto. (“Terms and Conditions”).
13. LGIB reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign at any time, without giving prior notice and without incurring any liability.
14. Any cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension of this Campaign by LGIB shall not entitle the Customers to any form of compensation, and LGIB shall not be held liable for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) suffered or incurred by the Customers as a result of such cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension.
15. LGIB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any confirmed winner or winners and/or withhold or revoke the prizes if the policy is found to have been cancelled prior to the disbursement of prizes.
16. LGIB’s determination on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
17. Where LGIB suspects that any of the Customers is committing and/or engaging in any form of unlawful and/or fraudulent activity for the purpose of participating in the Campaign, LGIB reserves the right to report such activity or suspicion to the police or relevant authorities.
18. LGIB advises the Customers to exercise reasonable caution when receiving phone calls and messages requesting personal information during and/or after the Campaign. Customers are encouraged to contact LGIB’s Customer Service directly for verification should they receive any suspicious communications related to the Campaign.
19. By participating in this Campaign, the Customers hereby gives consent for their personal data and/or information to be collected, processed, used, disclosed, and retained in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) 2010. 21. These Campaign Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.
