365 Max Protect Campaign

Terms and Conditions

 

1. 365 Max Protect Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Liberty General Insurance Berhad (Registration No. 197801007153 (44191-P)) (“LGIB”).

2.    The Customer is advised to read and understand these Terms and Conditions before participating.

Campaign Period

3.    The Campaign shall run from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 (“Campaign Period”), both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise.

4.    LGIB reserves the right to terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

5.    The Campaign is open to all new and existing customers (“the Customers”) who purchase any of the eligible Motor Insurance Products as per Clause 6 below with any of the add-on package as per Clause 7 from LGIB or through any of LGIB’s authorised intermediaries including AmBank and UOB Bank branches or authorised dealerships.

6.    The list of eligible products (“Motor Insurance Products”) are:

  • auto365 Comprehensive Premier
  • auto365 Comprehensive Plus
  • auto365 Comprehensive Lite

7.    The list of add-on package (“Add-On Package Plans”) are:

  • Private Car 365 Plan 
  • EV 365 Care Plan

8.    This Campaign applies to new and/or renewal policies under Liberty, Kurnia and AmAssurance brands, provided that the Motor Insurance Products are underwritten by LGIB and the insurance premium of which is fully paid for the said policies during the Campaign Period.

9.    Any policy issued after the expiry of the Campaign Period is not eligible.

Rewards 

10.    Each Customer who purchases the Motor Insurance Products with the Add-On Package Plans will be entitled to one (1) limited-edition premium item (“Campaign Item”), subject to a minimum total premium of RM600 per policy.

RM100 Touch’n Go eWallet Reload Credit (“e-Vouchers”)

  

11. The Campaign Items are limited and available on a first come first served basis while stock lasts.

12. Customer who purchases the Products through our company website or Contact Centre during the Campaign Period is required to collect the Campaign Item from the nearest LGIB branch office. The Touch’n Go eWallet Reload Credit (“e-Vouchers”) will be delivered to the eligible Customer via WhatsApp message or email address registered with LGIB during the purchase of Motor Insurance Products. 

13. Each Customer shall provide accurate mobile phone number and/or email address at the time of purchasing the Motor Insurance Products (as per Clause 6). LGIB shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or claim resulting from the receipt or redemption of the Campaign Item by a third party, in cases where the customer has failed to provide valid contact details or has shared such information with a third party. 

14. LGIB shall not be responsible for the activation of the e-Vouchers once it has been delivered to the confirmed winners.

15. The Customers are responsible to redeem the e-Vouchers within the prescribed validity period of the e-Vouchers. 

16. LGIB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to replace the Campaign Item with another of equivalent value for any reason and without prior notice.

17. The Campaign Items are non-transferable to any other party or parties and is not exchangeable for other prizes, reward of similar value, or any other alternatives under any circumstances.

18. LGIB does not in any way endorse, sanction, approve, or support the brand(s) or merchandise associated with the prizes. Any query and/or disputes regarding the use of the prizes must be directed to and resolved directly with the respective vendors.

  

General Terms and Conditions of the Campaign 

19. By participating in this campaign, the Customers will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions as well as any additional terms and conditions stipulated by LGIB including LGIB’s decisions on all matters related thereto. (“Terms and Conditions”).

20. LGIB reserves the right to amend, modify, or revise these terms and conditions of this Campaign at any time, without giving prior notice and without incurring any liability. 

21. Any cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension of this Campaign by LGIB shall not entitle the Customers to any form of compensation, and LGIB shall not be held liable for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) suffered or incurred by the Customers as a result of such cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension.

22. LGIB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any confirmed winner or winners and/or withhold or revoke the prizes if the policy is found to have been cancelled prior to the disbursement of prizes. 

23. LGIB’s determination on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

24. Where LGIB suspects that any of the Customers is committing and/or engaging in any form of unlawful and/or fraudulent activity for the purpose of participating in the Campaign, LGIB reserves the right to report such activity or suspicion to the police or relevant authorities.

25. LGIB advises the Customers to exercise reasonable caution when receiving phone calls and messages requesting personal information during and/or after the Campaign. Customers are encouraged to contact LGIB’s Customer Service directly for verification should they receive any suspicious communications related to the Campaign. 

26. By participating in this Campaign, the Customers hereby gives consent for their personal data and/or information to be collected, processed, used, disclosed, and retained in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) 2010. 28. These Campaign Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.
